A “customer” is defined as any natural or legal person who places an order on the website academiedessoeurs.com that is validated via our secure payment platform. Prices are quoted in euros, inclusive of all taxes (not subject to VAT). Item prices are subject to change at any time. However, the price applied to an order will be the one advertised at the time the order is placed.

Article 4: Payment

Payment is required at the time the order is placed, including for pre-ordered products. Payment may be made by bank card. Secure online payment by bank card is processed via Stripe. Transmitted information is encrypted using industry-standard software and cannot be read during network transmission. Stripe bears full responsibility for the security of this system; we cannot be held liable for it.

Article 5: Product Access

Access to digital products is provided via the secure Metaforma platform. You may access the platform at any time to view your training course within your student area. We ask that you keep your login credentials private to ensure easy access to your current and future orders. If you experience difficulty accessing your order, please contact customer support at [contact@amaacademie.com](mailto:contact@amaacademie.com). If a product is sold on a pre-order basis, this information is clearly stated on all website pages prior to purchase. Details regarding the number of accessible modules, their content, and development timelines are also clearly indicated. Should these timelines not be met, we will offer a refund prorated based on the modules you have already accessed. Live sessions (classes, coaching, etc.) take place via online conferencing tools such as Google Meet or Zoom. Connection links are sent via WhatsApp.

Article 6: Copyright

All elements of the website and products are and remain the exclusive intellectual property of the company. No one is authorized to reproduce, exploit, redistribute, or use—in any capacity or to any extent, even partially—any elements of the site (whether software, visual, or audio), nor to share their personal member area login credentials with a third party.

Article 7: Guarantee and Refund Conditions

The “Serenity Guarantee” (Full Satisfaction or Full Refund) applies if and only if it is clearly stated on the product presentation page and the corresponding payment page. This guarantee allows you to request a full refund for a program if it does not meet your needs. To claim this guarantee, you must: * Have completed the program in its entirety. The guarantee cannot be invoked while a program is still in progress. * Have carried out all actions and completed all work assigned between lessons. * Contact support at [contact@amaacademie.com](mailto:contact@amaacademie.com) to request a refund, providing the email address associated with your account and the name of the program in question. Our team will verify that you have completed and applied the program in its entirety. If this is confirmed, a team member will process a full refund within 7 days. You will then lose access to the program. Once the guarantee period has expired, no refund requests will be accepted for any reason (including your own absence or lack of participation).

Article 8: Personal Data Protection

In accordance with the Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, you have the right to access and rectify personal data concerning you. We register all our databases with the CNIL (French Data Protection Authority).
